1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using KokobeoChat (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
2. Service Description
KokobeoChat is a multilingual AI-powered live chat SaaS platform operated by Goldman Services INC and Europe Services SE. It enables businesses to provide real-time customer support powered by AI and human operators in 14 languages across 24 countries.
3. Intellectual Property
The trademark KOKOBEO is officially registered:

All software, source code, design, branding, and content are © Goldman Services INC & Europe Services SE. Unauthorized reproduction, copying, or distribution is strictly prohibited and may result in civil and criminal liability.
4. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials
- You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account
- Each account may only be used by one business entity
5. Permitted Use
- The Service is for lawful business communication and customer support only
- You may not use KokobeoChat for spam, harassment, illegal activities, or fraudulent purposes
- You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, or copy any part of the platform
- Embedding the widget on external websites requires an active, paid or free KokobeoChat account with a valid API key
- You may not resell or sublicense access to the Service without written authorization
6. AI-Generated Content
KokobeoChat uses OpenAI GPT models to generate automated responses. AI responses are informational only and do not constitute legal, medical, financial, or professional advice. We are not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated content. You are responsible for reviewing and validating AI responses before acting upon them.
7. Service Availability & SLA
We target 99.5% monthly uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where reasonably possible. Business plan subscribers are eligible for SLA credits as described in their plan agreement.
8. Payment & Subscriptions
- Free plan: €0/month — limited to 1 operator, 500 chats/month, 3 languages
- Pro plan: €29/month — 15-day free trial, no credit card required to start
- Business plan: €79/month — 15-day free trial, no credit card required to start
- Billing is monthly in advance. Annual plans receive a 20% discount.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial periods.
- We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days’ advance notice.
9. Data & Privacy
By using the Service, you agree to our Privacy Policy. You are the data controller for your customers’ data; we act as data processor. You are responsible for obtaining necessary consents from your website visitors before deploying the chat widget.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Goldman Services INC and Europe Services SE shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Total cumulative liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Goldman Services INC and Europe Services SE from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of the Service, or infringement of third-party rights.
12. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice, at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days then permanently deleted, unless required by law.
13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Prague, Czech Republic, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights applicable under EU law (including Regulation (EU) 524/2013 on online dispute resolution).
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified with at least 14 days’ notice via the dashboard or email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
